Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 August 2026

These terms govern your use of BizHarvest ("the extension"), a browser extension published by Acorn Labs. By installing or using the extension, you agree to these terms.

1. What the extension does

BizHarvest reads the publicly visible business information on the Yelp search and business pages you are viewing (such as name, category, rating, address, website, phone, hours, and claimed status) and lets you export it as a CSV, Excel, or JSON file. All processing happens locally in your browser.

2. License & payment

3. Refunds

Because a license key grants immediate access to a digital product, sales are generally final. If the extension does not work as described or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request in good faith.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use the data you export and for complying with all laws and third-party terms that apply to you, including the terms of the websites you collect data from. Use the extension only to collect publicly available business information and only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to collect data in a way that violates privacy laws or another party's rights.

5. No warranty

The extension is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Because it reads data from a third-party website whose layout can change at any time, we do not guarantee that every field will always be captured, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acorn Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

7. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the extension will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Shanghai, China, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. Nothing here deprives you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
